Israeli company AFI Europe Thursday inaugurated in Ploiesti, southern Romania, its second shopping center on the local market, following an investment worth over EUR50 million.
AFI Ploiesti has two stories and a lettable area of 33,000 square meters.
The EUR50 million project was mainly financed by Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI), through a loan worth over EUR30 million.
The mall is almost entirely rented, according to AFI representatives.
AFI Europe has been operating in Romania since 2005.
