General features

Located on 4E Paul Teodorescu Blvd. in Bucharest, AFI LOFT is an office extension on top of AFI Cotroceni shopping center, one of the biggest and most successful retail area in the city.

The project is now under development and it is estimated to be finalized in Q4 2024.  

The boutique office building will comprise 16,000 sqm GLA office spaces on 2 floors, special architectural features, atrium and lounge areas, bringing the co-working element to this retail compound.

The first floor will include an exterior terrace with bellow view inside de mall. The main atrium will connect the 1st floor & 2nd floor.

AFI Loft will include modern technical specifications (LED lights, 4 pipe HVAC system, natural light from on all the façade, generator etc.) and is targeted to obtain LEED “Gold” green certification.

Location & Accessibility

AFI LOFT will be located on top of AFI Cotroceni shopping center, on 4E Paul Teodorescu Blvd. in Bucharest city, close to Cotroceni neighborhood and The Cotroceni Palace- Government building.

The office tenants will have immediate access to metro station “Politehnica” at 5 minutes walking distance, metro “Academiei” at 15 minutes walking distance and to trams, buses and trolleys that are right in front of the project.

The area is an IT campus with many international companies having their offices in AFI Park 1-5 buildings and “Politehnica University” in immediate proximity of the project.
