About AFI City Bucureștii Noi

AFI CITY is situated in the North-West part of Bucharest, in District 1, along Bucurestii Noi Avenue.

Once finished, this large scale residential project will be one of the largest in Bucharest. In the first phase, two residential buildings totalling 190 apartments and 228 above-ground parking spaces are to be developed, while the future phases are currently in design stage.

The structure of the apartaments:

  • APARTMENTS WITH 2 ROOMS with a usable area of 55 sqm(apartment + balcony)
  • APARTMENTS WITH 3 ROOMS TYPE A with usable area of 73 sqm(apartment + balcony)

Location
